How to book
For the first time we are using the Arbor appointment booking system which allows you to choose
your own times.

Please log in to your ‘Malvern Way Arbor Parent Portal’ using this link https://malvern-
way.uk.arbor.sc/. Underneath your child’s ‘Attendance’, click on the ‘Guardian Consultations’ tab

and this will take you to the booking area to choose the consultation time.
If you are booking for more than one child during the same evening, please ensure you leave a 10
minute gap between the appointments.
If a second appointment is required in the case of separated parents then please contact the school
office.
When can I book?
The booking system for appointments will go live on Monday 9th October at 6pm and close on
Friday 13th October at 12pm. Once you have made a booking, you will receive an email confirming
your appointment/s. Should you need to make any changes after this date please contact the school
office.
