Reception News WB 28.3.22
This week, we have enjoyed taking part in a range of safety activities as part of our ‘feeling good feeling safe’ week. The children have enjoyed exploring our school grounds and thinking about all the things that keep us safe such as, using the footprints around the carpark. Also, the children were very sensible as they ventured out of school to practice safely walking across the road.
Later in the week the children revisited and made their own ‘helping hands’ where they decided on which adults around school could help them if they have a problem.
At the end of a busy week, to consolidate all their learning the children thoroughly enjoyed taking part in a whole school safety scavenger hunt around the school grounds. It was great to see all the year groups working together collaboratively.
We wish you all a happy and healthy Easter break.
