Week 6 – 4.10.21 – 8.10.21

This week, our focus story The Way Back Home has inspired us to become designers, engineers, scientists and even astronauts! The story is about a little boy who found his red plane and flew to the moon. We imagined being in the shoes of the boy and what our journey to the moon might be like! We then used our imagination to design our own vehicle to get us there and some of us chose to create our own planet using a variety of resources. We helped our class teachers to create a story map for the story and have learnt this all together with actions too.
