It has been lovely to welcome our new Nursery Dragonflies and Minnows to Malvern Way this week.
Our stay and plays were an exciting chance to see how our children interact in the environment and we are so impressed with the way they have come in and settled, showing positive behaviour. We have started each day learning our new friends’ names and have explored all areas of the classroom.
Inside we have built farms and zoos, made a race track for our cars and have listened to lots of stories. Outside we have been working on our physical development by climbing around our trim trail, making sandcastles and digging.
We even had time to go on a bear hunt and left out a pot of honey! It was so lovely to have all of our Dragonflies and Minnows in on Friday and we can’t wait to see them again next week!
