It’s vital that children have the opportunity to learn and enjoy arts and culture from an early age. It develops creativity, inspires future careers and enriches their childhood. Children at our school are provided an Arts rich curriculum which includes opportunities for art, drama, dance and music. We also ensure children have frequent opportunities to watch professional performances and work with artists.
In 2017 we achieved a prestigious Arts Mark Gold Award for the second time with the Arts Council for England noting “Malvern Way is a shining example of how to provide an arts rich education for children.”
There has been a continued focus since 2017 and we continue to develop our own skills in order to ensure our arts rich curriculum is second to none.
We are always keen to develop our links with external providers in the arts such as artists, craft makers, sculptors, musicians, singers and other relevant professions. If you have a skill or experience that we would enjoy hearing about then please get in touch.
