This week in computing, the children have enjoyed exploring the new Chrome books. They learnt all about the different parts of a computer, and how to click and drag objects using the trackpad. In English, the children generated nouns, thinking about what objects or animals they might find in the woodland. In Geography, the children enjoyed creating physical maps using natural objects, loose parts and various materials. They consolidated their knowledge of physical and human features, working collaboratively within a small group.
During our maths lessons, the children have consolidated their understanding of one more and one less and the linked language such as most, least, fewer and more.
