This week we have been learning all about the life-cycle of plants and seed dispersal in science. We have started our own investigation to test what plants need to grow effectively. We enjoyed planting our own seeds and decided what we would change within the test; no water, no light, no soil, in the fridge and one with everything it needs. We are looking forward to observing these over the next couple of weeks to see what happens and record our findings.
In maths we have been learning about shapes and their properties, such as the number of corners and sides. We also explored their lines of symmetry and looked for symmetry in the world around us. In English, we have been learning about recounts, ready to write our own next week after our school trip!
